Submitting information through our website, a social media platform, a lead form, email, text message, or other electronic communication does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship.

An attorney-client relationship is formed only through an express agreement between you and the firm.

Until an attorney-client relationship has been established, you should avoid sending highly sensitive or confidential information that is not necessary for us to evaluate your initial inquiry.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits any duties of confidentiality that apply after an attorney-client relationship has been established.

Our website may use cookies, pixels, tags, analytics tools, and similar technologies to operate and improve the website, understand how visitors use the website, measure website traffic and performance, evaluate advertising effectiveness, understand whether advertisements lead to website visits or inquiries, and improve outreach and advertising campaigns.

These technologies may be provided by third parties, including advertising and analytics providers. Depending on the services configured on our website, third parties may collect information about your browser, device, interactions with our website, and activity across websites or services.

Message and data rates may apply to text messages. Providing a telephone number does not create an attorney-client relationship.

We do not treat submission of a telephone number as blanket consent to unrelated marketing communications.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business records, complying with legal and professional obligations, resolving disputes, and protecting legitimate interests.

Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information and the purpose for which it was collected.
